Motion to Discharge a Committee from the Consideration of a Resolution

To the Clerk of the House of Representatives:

Pursuant to clause 2 of rule XV, I, Andy Biggs, move to discharge the Committee on Rules from the consideration of the resolution (H.Res. 673) entitled, a resolution providing for the consideration of the bill (H. R. 1259) to direct the Secretary of Homeland Security to continue to implement the Migrant Protection Protocols, and for other purposes, which was referred to said committee September 22nd, 2021, in support of which motion the undersigned Members of the House of Representatives affix their signatures, to wit:
