Johnston County Emergency Services (JCES) is comprised of three distinct divisions: Emergency Management (EM), Fire Marshal (FM), and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

By working with our Partners in Protection on the local, state, and federal levels, Johnston County Emergency Services provides the leadership and support necessary to minimize the impact of disasters and other emergencies.

Johnston County Emergency Services personnel are proud to provide Emergency Medical, Fire Marshal, and Emergency Management services to the citizens of and those who pass through Johnston County, North Carolina.

Johnston County Emergency Services strives to continually evaluate and adapt the services we provide to meet the evolving challenges of emergency preparedness, response, and mitigation, and to provide proactive opportunities to lessen the impacts of those emergencies. Our department has a long and proud history of working with our "Partners in Protection" to provide a safe and prepared community to live in. We appreciate the opportunities for collaboration and the positive relationships we have with all of our "Partners in Protection."

Every member of our organization is a dedicated and highly trained professional who strives to provide the highest level of service.
