The Week in Review

Happy Friday!

I hope you had a wonderful week. I am grateful to serve you all in the 119th Congress. Read below to see what I’ve been working on this week.

Honoring the Navajo Code Talkers

The Navajo Code Talkers were instrumental in the Allied forces’ victory in World War II.

Their ingenious and unbreakable code was never cracked by our enemies, making it one of the most successful codes in warfare.

We are thankful for their service and will never forget their dedication and sacrifices.

ASU’s Congressional Dialogue Series

Today, I participated in Arizona State University’s Congressional Dialogue Series where I discussed next generation energy and innovation happening in the nuclear energy space.

President Trump understands the value of nuclear energy, and authored four Executive Orders to accelerate and expand the development and deployment of nuclear energy in the United States. In Arizona, nuclear energy, particularly from small modular reactors (SMRs), could help us meet the demands from the increasing number of data centers and our growing population.

I appreciate the opportunity to share my views on the future of energy in the United States!
