Arizona Realtors Caucus

Last Thursday I had the chance to speak with the Arizona Realtor Caucus and dig into the economic trends shaping the future of housing.

We covered everything from interest rate pressures to demographic shifts and how national debt dynamics affect long-term affordability. The questions were sharp and the conversation was refreshingly grounded in reality.

Thank you to Congressman Ciscomani and Congressman Stanton for joining me on stage for a compelling discussion.

What I'm Reading and Why it Matters

Fake Websites, Real Scams — Cybercriminals Use AI to Create Fake Websites That Look Just Like the Real Thing

We are entering a new phase of online scams that most Americans aren’t prepared for. Online scammers are as crafty as ever, not only making knockoff domains, but also recreating the branding and layout. Today, scammers can purchase an AI tool on the dark web, input a real company’s URL, and generate a fake site within minutes.

If you receive a strange text or come across a site offering suspiciously deep discounts, pause and check. Rather than clicking links, type the web address yourself instead and look for subtl typos or extra words.

Do you have any general questions that I can help answer? Do not hesitate to reach out to my offices at (202) 225-2190 or (480) 946-2411.

Thank you for taking the time to read this update on my latest work in Washington, D.C. and Arizona’s First Congressional District! If you have any comments or concerns, I encourage you to reach out to my office.

Sincerely,
