- If you have been affected by COVID-19 and fear you may be evicted, sued for eviction, or have a judgment for eviction against you, contact the City of Phoenix Tenants Eviction Assistance Project (TEAP) at 602-385-8880. If you live outside of Phoenix call Community Legal Services at 602-258-3434. More information about TEAP in English and Spanish can be found here.
