Dear Community Member,
I wanted to provide a list of resources for immigration services below for your use. These resources can also be found in English and Spanish on my website.
With the recent actions by the new Administration, there understandably is apprehension and confusion in immigrant communities across our country. However, there are some basic services for immigrants from local entities throughout California’s 19th Congressional District that can help.
Additionally, as your United States Representative, I’m committed to fighting for commonsense immigration reform, border security, and responsive services for all residents of California’s 19th Congressional District, regardless of immigration status. I can assist with federal issues, including:
- Naturalization applications
- Permanent residency renewals
- Visa and passport issues
- Family member visa petitions

I am here to help with any federal issues. I will continue to fight for our community and stand with law-abiding immigrants who are willing to come here and contribute so much to our economy and values of California’s 19th Congressional District.
Sincerely,

Jimmy Panetta United States Representative 19th Congressional District, California

Every county in CA-19 has resources for immigrants, including legal services and guides to social programs that are open to everyone, regardless of immigration status. Nobody will be reported to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement simply for talking to a California government agency.
