Dear Community Members,

Yesterday, I joined an overwhelming majority in Congress in voting to release the Epstein files.

The American public deserves transparency, and the victims of Epstein's abuse deserve justice. As a former prosecutor, I believe we must hold perpetrators of child abuse accountable and protect victims of sexual abuse.

The bill to release the Epstein files passed the House with nearly every member, except one, voting for the bill. Republicans and Democrats, together felt that this isn’t about politics, it’s about accountability for the perpetrators, justice for the victims, and transparency and truth for the people.

Today, we are one step closer to the truth.
