I’m devastated to by the horrific news at Cook’s Corner this week. I want to thank our law enforcement for their quick response and I'm praying for the families of the victims. My heart is with our canyon communities.

CA-40 Veterans: The PACT Act is giving Veterans who served in combat zones a special enrollment opportunity to directly enroll in VA health care by midnight on 9/30.

Glaukos is a medical technology company in Aliso Viejo focused on developing treatments for glaucoma, corneal disorders, and retinal diseases. I enjoyed learning more about their innovative, lifesaving work happening right here in our CA-40 backyard.

Thank you Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce for hosting the first-ever Boss Babe Brunch to recognize local female leaders, highlight their positive impact, and celebrate their contributions to the community. Team Young was proud to attend this event this week to support our CA-40 female business owners and leaders!

Congrats to Santiago Canyon College on the new Hawk’s Nest that just opened in Orange! The food and clothing pantry located on campus will help students study better and ensure that they have the resources available to succeed. Thank you to all who helped bring this to fruition. Go Hawks!

Great to see so many in our community at the Laguna Hills Concert in the Park this past weekend. I enjoyed the live music and catching up with the community!

Friday night football is back in CA-40! So fun to watch Laguna Hills High vs. Aliso Niguel High School football game at Laguna Hills High and catch up with our community.  

Attention all CA-40 Veterans! VA Long Beach, the OC Veterans and Military Families Collaborative, and the Tierney Center for Veteran Services is hosting a Veteran Stand Down and Resources event in Tustin on September 13th at 8 am. 

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to all who made our CA-40 Senior Resource Fair possible! Supporting our seniors is personal to me. I appreciate the Orange Senior Center and all of our special guests for joining us to share important resources and serve our community.
