Since I came to Congress, I've been fighting to bring common sense to Washington, break through the partisan gridlock, and get things done. I’m proud that my record shows my commitment to deliver results to California’s 40th district, while also sticking to my principles.

• Over $22 million returned back to taxpayers from federal agencies 
• More than 5,500 cases closed to help constituents cut through red tape 
• 500 Capitol tours to CA-40 families 
• 210 flags flown over the Capitol for constituents 
• Over 175,000 letters and emails responded to this year alone 
• 80 veterans pinned and recognized for their service. 

In Congress, over 30 of my bills have passed the House and 15 have been signed into law – and counting. I am also ranked among the most bipartisan and effective Members of Congress. 

Serving you in Congress is not a role I take lightly. I’m working hard to pay it forward, so the American dream remains alive for future generations, including my grandkids, and yours.
