As Americans pay more for less, unexpected fees really add up and hurt the bottom line.

My bipartisan No Hidden FEES Act passed this week to stop misleading advertising practices and improve cost transparency for short-term lodging so families can accurately budget and know costs upfront.

Humbling to join our Orange community at American Legion Post 132 as the Nation of Patriots escorts the U.S. flag through all 50 states in 115 days to honor America's armed forces, veterans, and fallen heroes. We are the land of the free because of the brave.

This week, the SHINE for Autumn Act passed out of the House Energy and Commerce Committee.

This bipartisan bill works to bridge gaps in stillbirth data, research, and education, so we can reduce stillbirth rates, strengthen our healthcare workforce, and foster healthy pregnancies.

I'm fighting to support our freedom-loving partners as they face the Chinese Community Party's coercion in the Western Hemisphere.

At this week's House Foreign Affairs hearing, I asked Assistant Secretary of State of Western Hemisphere Affairs Honorable Brian Nichols, Assistant Secretary Todd Robinson, and Acting Assistant Administrator Michael Camilleri about how they plan to deter against the Chinese Communist Community Party's aggressive behavior.

“If you want anything said, ask a man. If you want anything done, ask a woman.” -Margaret Thatcher

So fun to meet so many bright young women interested in public service and introduce a bipartisan women’s panel of elected officials at City of Tustin's Municipal Government’s Girls in Government event. Thank you for having me and putting this important event together to uplift our community’s future leaders.

One’s background should not limit one’s ability to achieve the American dream.

This week, I helped introduce the bipartisan Financial Inclusion in Banking Act to expand access to financial opportunities.

Our border patrol agents work around the clock to keep us safe and are on the front lines of the worst border crisis in history thanks to the policies of this administration.

I am urging the Biden administration to give our border patrol the overtime pay they deserve.

Congratulations to our Mission Viejo Nadadores Swimming swimmers heading to Indianapolis for the Olympics trials. You’ve shown tremendous skills, strength, and determination and make our community and country so proud!

For 247 years, our stars and stripes have represented our nation’s values we hold dear.

As President Ronald Reagan said, “freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction.” On Flag Day, we remember it's up to each of us to protect our flag for future generations.

We need the talent, training, and tools to support our nation’s mission against growing threats.

Today, I voted in support of the Servicemember Quality of Life and National Defense Authorization (FY25 NDAA), which shows our military that we have their backs and the world that the United States stands ready to face challenges wherever they find us.

This week, the House Financial Services Committee had a hearing on the oversight of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)’s failed leadership and toxic workplace. I will continue to do my part to ensure federal agencies are held accountable to the American people.

Such a privilege to preside over the House floor this week.

I always pinch myself that a girl like me could live my American dream & now serve my community in Congress. This is not a job I take lightly, and I'm fighting every day to keep that dream alive for our grandkids.

At this week’s Financial Services Committee hearing with CFPB Director Chopra, I urged him to ensure the CFPB is focused on protecting consumers and combatting persistent inflation instead of adding harmful, unnecessary regulations that make life harder for the American people.
