As Halloween Approaches, The Tricks Just Keep Coming

Dear Neighbor,

Halloween is in just a few days, but it seems like these tricks began on Biden's first day in office. From the Biden Border Crisis to inflation, the crime crisis, and more, there's already plenty to be scared of under this administration, and it's far past time for a change in leadership.

As part of House Republicans' Commitment to America, we're committed to creating an economy that’s strong, a nation that’s safe, and a government that's accountable to the American people.

With all that's happening this Congress, it is my greatest honor to represent you and hear from you about the issues that matter most. You can read below about what we've been up to this week, and as always, you can stay up to date with us h ere, on our website, and on TwitterFacebookInstagram, and YouTube.

In Liberty,

Inflation, Crime & The Border Top GOP Issues

Image

On Monday, I joined the Faulkner Focus to discuss Republicans' top priorities as the new Congress approaches. Inflation, border, and crime are the most important issues plaguing Americans after the Biden administration's fumbled the ball at every turn. House Republicans are prepared to deliver a secure border, a strong economy, and safe streets—that's our Commitment to America.

Appreciating Our Nation's First Responders

Image

Today, we’re recognizing National First Responders Day, a time to honor the heroic men and women who put their lives on the line for us in our times of need. As the wife of a first responder—my husband, Matt—I’d like to take a special moment to thank these heroes for the incredible work and bravery they display while protecting our local communities.

I will always defend our nation’s first responders in Congress, and I’m proud to honor them today and every day.

Recognizing National Day Of The Deployed

Image

This week, we recognized National Day of the Deployed, a time to remember all the brave men and women who have been deployed, or have lost their lives while defending our freedoms. On this day especially, we honor them for their courage and sacrifice.

No Treats, Only Tricks Under The Biden Administration

Image

There are no treats, only tricks under this administration! From the Biden Border Crisis, to gas prices, the crime crisis, skyrocketing inflation, and more, there's plenty to be scared of this Halloween. It's far past time we bring back sensible, proven policies, and Republicans are prepared to do just that in the 118th Congress.

Giving Updates At Builders Association Meeting

Image

Last week, I stopped by the Builders Association of North Central Florida's October membership meeting in Gainesville! I shared updates on what's been happening in D.C. that affects the builders and contractors of our region and what Republicans are working on to bring prices down for housing and the inputs necessary for growth in our region.

As labor shortages and supply chain challenges persist, we're working hard to deliver relief with the new majority next Congress.
