Honoring Our Nation's Military Heroes On Veterans Day

Dear Neighbor,

Today, all of us on Team Kat are taking the time to honor our nation's military heroes on Veterans Day. I'm incredibly thankful for all of our veterans in North Central Florida, and I'd like to extend my sincerest gratitude to each and every individual who has served our incredible country. I hope you'll join me in thanking our veterans on this special day.

As we celebrate this important occasion, we remind constituents that our office is now accepting nominations for the Veteran of the Year award. This honor is extended to one special veteran from our district each year. If you know a veteran deserving of this award, visit my website at cammack.house.gov to submit a nomination.

With all that's happening this Congress, it is my greatest honor to represent you and hear from you about the issues that matter most. You can read below about what we've been up to this week, and as always, you can stay up to date with us here, on our website, and on TwitterFacebookInstagram, and YouTube.

In Liberty,

Just in the past year, fentanyl seizures at the Southern border increased by over 30 percent. Fentanyl is now the number-one killer of adults between the ages of 18-45 in the United States.

We must put a stop to the Biden Border Crisis.

Wednesday was World Adoption Day, a time to celebrate adopted children around the world and those who become parents through this meaningful process. To anyone who is currently on an adoption journey, as well as those who have already started a family through adoption, we thank you for opening your hearts and your homes to these incredible children.

Last week, I joined the amazing team at Camp Blanding with the Florida National Guard for Range Day! I got to speak with a soon-to-deploy unit and observe some of their training exercises while taking part in a few of our own. Thanks to the team for having us and showing us all the hard work you're doing to protect our state and our nation.
