FBI Whistleblowers Testify About Agency Retaliation During Weaponization Subcommittee Hearing

The weaponization of our nation's federal agencies, including the FBI and the DOJ, were on full display yesterday during the Weaponization Subcommittee hearing featuring three FBI whistleblowers. But to no one's surprise, House Democrats tried to invalidate their statements by creating chaos rather than listening to the whistleblowers' testimony. Republicans are committed to revealing the truth to the American people about what's really going on inside our government.

Additionally, I was proud to introduce the bipartisan DIGITAL Applications Act with my colleague Congresswoman Doris Matsui this week. This bill plays a vital role in closing the digital divide by creating an online portal for the acceptance, processing, and disposal of Forms 299 for communications use authorizations.

With all that's happening this Congress, it is my greatest honor to represent you and hear from you about the issues that matter most. You can read below about what we've been up to this week, and as always, you can stay up to date with us here, on our website, and on TwitterFacebookInstagram, and YouTube.

For Freedom,

Reps. Cammack, Matsui Introduce H.R. 3299, Bipartisan DIGITAL Applications Act To Close Digital Divide

Image

This week, Congresswoman Doris Matsui and I introduced the Deploying Infrastructure with Greater Internet Transactions And Legacy (DIGITAL) Applications Act, a bill requiring the Department of the Interior and the Department of Agriculture to establish an online portal for the acceptance, processing, and disposal of Forms 299 for communications use authorizations.

Especially in rural communities where millions still lack access to basic, affordable internet, such as those in Florida's Third Congressional District, closing the digital divide is not a luxury, it's an absolute necessity. The DIGITAL Applications Act takes vital steps in accomplishing this, which is why I'm proud to lead on this bipartisan effort with my colleague Congresswoman Matsui.

FBI Whistleblowers Testify To Agency Weaponization During Heated Hearing

Image

This week, the Weaponization Subcommittee heard from three FBI whistleblowers who have come forward to expose the actions of the agency against its agents and the American people.

Whether it's sitting in school parking lots and taking the license plate numbers of parents going into school board meetings or investigating Catholic parishioners attending Mass, what you heard during yesterday's hearing is truly weaponization on full display. My colleagues and I previewed some of what we expected to hear during a live press conference prior to the hearing.

Rep. Cammack BLASTS FBI, DOJ As Whistleblowers Testify To Retaliation By Federal Agencies

Image

Yesterday, the Weaponization Subcommittee heard from three FBI whistleblowers who testified to the politicization and retaliation and they faced from the agency.

While the Democrat members of the Subcommittee want to attack Republicans for bringing forward these men who are very clearly whistleblowers who have been wrongly targeted, we know the truth. The retaliation is real and the FBI has done it to prevent others from coming forward.

Image

This morning, I joined Fox & Friends to react to yesterday's Weaponization Subcommittee hearing, where my colleagues and I heard from three FBI whistleblowers about the retaliation they faced from the agency. It was incredibly disappointing that our Democrat colleagues couldn't put party politics aside and listen to them, and instead chose to create chaos.

Rep. Cammack Joins The Faulkner Focus To Discuss Worsening Migrant Crisis As Title 42 Comes To An End

Image

This week, I joined Harris Faulkner on Fox News to discuss how Mayor Adams' sanctuary city designation is now displacing children from NY schools. We've said it before and we’ll say it again—you play stupid games, you win stupid prizes. Now, the taxpaying citizens of New York and our nation's children are being cast aside to make room for illegal migrants who are being housed in school gyms across the state.

More 'Kat In The News'

Every element of our lives begins with energy. From the literal fuel we put in our cars and trucks to the industries we dominate, energy is the foundation. There is no doubt that the United States is rich in natural resources, including natural gas. But what is often left out is the creative thinking that continues to drive innovation. Unfortunately, this administration seems to think that the heavy hand of government is the answer. I propose that, in fact, it's the problem. With over 1.3 million active regulations on the books, key industries and consumers are feeling the squeeze.
