Week of June 17, 2024
The First Official Day Of Summer Arrives

Dear Neighbor,

This week the House was out of session and I was back in Florida! It was a great week visiting folks in Dixie County, Lake City, and Gainesville. We also hosted our June telephone town hall and heard from folks across Florida's Third. Thanks to those who joined us.

The House is back in session next week as debates and votes on appropriations bills continue. As always, stay updated with us here and on social media to see all of the action.

Our Congressional App Challenge is on now and it's the perfect summer project for those tech-inclined high school students! It's a great opportunity to work on those coding skills while school is out and learn more about opportunities in development and design. For more information, read below or call our Gainesville office for more information.

I also took to the airwaves this week to discuss the heinous crimes by dangerous illegal immigrants across the country. From Maryland and New York to communities in the heart of the nation, Biden's open-border policies have made our communities less safe. See what I had to say below.

Finally, congratulations to our Gators baseball team on a hard-fought season. Back-to-back appearances in the College World Series in Omaha is an amazing achievement. While it wasn't the outcome we hoped for, we know they'll be back next year.

Stay cool this weekend!

With all that's happening this Congress, it is my greatest honor to represent you and hear from you about the issues that matter most. You can read below about what we've been up to this week, and as always, you can stay up to date with us here, on our website, and on XFacebookInstagram, and YouTube.

For the Republic,

Migrant Crime In The Spotlight

Image

On Monday I joined the Faulkner Focus to discuss the wave of migrant crime across the country, from Maryland to New York, and everywhere in between. Whether it's a young girl being raped in New York City or a mother of five whose killer was finally arrested in Tulsa—hundreds of miles from where he committed the crimes— these dangerous people shouldn't be in our country in the first place. I talked about the surge with Harris Faulkner on the Faulkner Focus. Take a look below.

Meeting With Susan G. Komen Leadership

Image

This week I joined American Agenda on Newsmax to talk about why President Trump is the right man to fix Biden's open borders. After nearly four years, this administration has allowed more than 10 million illegal immigrants into our nation, some of them with dangerous criminal histories. This is a top issue concerning Americans and one congressional Republicans have talked about for years. Take a look below.
