Dear Friend,

Each year, I have the great honor of nominating young men and women from our district for selection to four service academies: the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and the U.S. Military Academy.

As some of the most selective institutions of higher learning in the world, the United States service academies offer young people a unique opportunity to obtain a first-class education and subsequently serve our country upon graduation as commissioned officers in the United States Military.

Attending one of these academies is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I’m excited to help build the next generation of bright young service men and women.

Sadly, our Service Academy Day can’t be in-person this year but I have put together a virtual Academy Day on my website with videos and information to help guide you through the nominating process. Make sure to apply before the September 30 deadline.
