Mail Delivery Complaints
My District Office is able to assist you with issues you may be experiencing with your local post office or residential mail delivery, including: misdelivered mail, mail theft, issues with held or forwarded mail, and more. If you have any USPS-related issue that you need help resolving, please contact my District staffer, Christa Burton, at christa.burton@mail.house.gov or at 301-354-1000.
Post Office Complaints
My District staffer Christa can also serve as a liaison to your local post office to make sure your concerns are directed to the appropriate person. Rest assured, we will do our level best to assist you!
Door Delivery
Did you know that if your mail box is on a curb or street and you have a qualifying medical condition that affects you retrieving your mail, you can request Door Delivery? Don’t hesitate to reach out directly to my District Office at 301-354-1000 to find out how we can help.
Informed Delivery
I also wanted to let you know about Informed Delivery, a service offered by USPS and available for free to all residential customers. Informed Delivery enables residents to digitally preview their mail by receiving a daily email containing scanned images of mail that is scheduled to arrive soon at your delivery address. You may sign up for Informed Delivery for free by visiting: https://informeddelivery.usps.com/box/pages/intro/start.action.
