Cutting through the red tape on your behalf is a responsibility we take very seriously. Our Otsego-based casework team does great work, assisting constituents as they navigate difficulties with Veterans Administration and Social Security benefits, immigration concerns, tax issues, and more.

During the 117th Congress, we were able to assist more than 1000 Minnesotans who were experiencing difficulties with over 50 different federal agencies.

Every tax season, hundreds of Minnesotans face problems working with the IRS. Whether those difficulties come from filing returns or getting a tax refund, our casework team will work diligently to address your concern. In fact, during the last two years, we were able to address nearly 300 individual cases dealing with the IRS.

Another common difficulty many constituents face is dealing with the State Department regarding passports and visas. These problems can be stressful, costly and put travel plans on hold. Thankfully, we were able to assist 200 constituents with passport and visa issues in the 117th Congress.
