Congressman Emmer takes questions from constituents in Big Lake
Town halls serve as an excellent platform to listen, learn and discuss the issues most important to Minnesotans. Being open and accessible to our constituents is always my top priority.
We were pleased to see so many passionate Minnesotans show up to voice their concerns and ideas. We spent more than an hour fielding questions on a variety of topics from inflation and government overreach to the border crisis and veterans’ issues. Read more about the town hall via WJON, here.
I want to thank everyone who joined us for coming to share their ideas. We would also like to extend a special thank you to Big Lake Mayor Paul Knier, Big Lake Police Chief John Kaczmarek, State Representative Paul Novotny, and Sherburne County Commissioner Gregg Felber for joining us as well.
Following the success of last week’s town hall, we are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a second constituent Town Hall in Carver County on August 16th. Click the banner above for more information.
Sincerely,
