Flooding Update
Last week, I went to Windom to meet with local community leaders and talk to them about their flood response efforts.
It was so encouraging to see how everyone has come together, from filling sandbags to providing lodging and resources to those who needed it as well as to the cleanup efforts.
I also want to thank Steve and Laura at KDOM Windom Radio for hosting me in their studios and for helping get the word about resources that are available to the community.
FEMA has approved disaster funding to help these communities recover and repair. And, as always, please reach out to my team if we can be of assistance. |
