This week, we marked a historic Tax Day filled with record refunds for tens of millions of Americans.

Today, I'm writing to inform you about what this means for Pennsylvania families, especially if you haven't received your refund yet.

For the average Pennsylvanian, that's a refund of more than $3,500!

Fast Facts: Working Families Tax Cuts

The Working Families Tax Cuts delivered historic refunds this tax season. New data released by the U.S. Treasury on April 15 shows more than 53 million Americans took at least one of President Trump's signature tax cuts:

• More than 25 million taxpayers claimed the new overtime deduction, according to U.S. Treasury data.
• More than 6 million taxpayers claimed the new deduction on tipped income.
• Nearly half of all filers benefited from at least one of the new signature provisions in the Working Families Tax Cuts. In all, more than 53 million filers claimed at least one of President Trump’s signature new tax cuts.
• Altogether, tax refunds are up more than 10% from one year ago, according to U.S. Treasury data.

Thanks to these incredible new policies, including No Tax on Tips and No Tax on Overtime, this law leverages the tax code to work for Americans, not against them. From employers to employees, from children to seniors, the Working Families Tax Cuts make historic investments in Western Pennsylvania and the United States, both for today and for generations to come.

Also this week, the U.S. House of Representatives passed my resolution, which supports tax relief for American families.

In Western Pennsylvania, we know the value of hard work. The Working Families Tax Cuts reward that hard work.

This tax law is putting more money back in your pocket!
