Each year, it is my honor to nominate 13 outstanding students from across the 13th Congressional District, as candidates for appointment to our nation's Service Academies.
The Service Academies educate our best and the brightest, preparing them to be our next generation of great American leaders.
The nominees for our district are chosen by a panel of former military officers who have graduated from the service academies. This year’s class of nominees represents the best and brightest of our communities, and I commend each student for their willingness to answer the call to service.
