September Monthly Grants Newsletter

Dear Friend,

I am very excited to announce my brand new Grants E-Newsletter! Since January of 2023, I have helped secure over $1.6 billion dollars in federal funding for the good people of PA-17, and I want you to be a part of that great story for our district.

Each month, my staff and I will be sharing out upcoming grants and federal opportunities for local governments, community organizations, businesses, and individuals. On top of that, we want to highlight the grant winners in our district and create personalized webinars and events for constituents. You can find all this and more in our monthly Grants E-Newsletter. Subscribe to our new Grants E-Newsletter here!

Our first “Guide to Grants Webinar” will take place on September 26th at 1:00p ET with The U.S. Department of Transportation. Click this link to register for the upcoming webinar.

Celebrating the Good People of PA-17

This month we would like to congratulate the Beaver Falls Fire Department for their FY23 Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) award of $187,428.57. Mark Stowe, Fire Chief and Director of Code Enforcement for the City of Beaver Falls, shared that the funding will go towards purchasing head-to-toe personal protective gear for local firefighters and is one of the first steps to provide matching turnout gear for the departments of what will become the future regional Big Beaver Falls Area Fire District. Way to bring money home to the district, guys!
