Saturday, January 31, 2026, 10:00 A.M. PT:: Congresswoman Maxine Waters Holds Community Town Hall

Los Angeles, CA – Tomorrow, Saturday, January 31, 2026, Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-CA), the top Democrat on the House Financial Services Committee, will hold a town hall at Peary Middle School in Gardena.

The town Hall will feature an update on Immigration actions, ICE and Border Patrol in California and the best ways to protect yourself from harassment by government agents. 

There will also be information on Food Security, Food Security, IRS Taxpayer Advocates, College Financial Aid, and Panel Discussions on Health Care and Housing. The town hall will conclude with an open forum question-and-answer segment moderated by Congresswoman Waters.
