I just returned from a bipartisan Congressional delegation trip to the Indo-Pacific, led by House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul.

As Chairwoman of the Indo-Pacific Subcommittee, it was important that my first trip to Asia in this role included visits to our closest allies and partners in the region: Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan. Read my full thoughts in the Orange County Register on the need to address backlogged arms sales to Taiwan.

I caught up with Chino Valley Fire District Chief Dave Williams about his team's proactive fire management activities, search and rescue efforts, high performance CPR program, and plans for future growth.

Grateful for our firefighters' dedicated work to keep our Chino Hills community safe!

We must say no to Uyghur genocide and the CCP’s repeated disinformation, coercion, and abuse.

The Uyghur Policy Act equips the U.S. with tools needed to support the basic human rights and distinct identities of Uyghurs and other ethnic minorities in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region subject to the CCP’s inhumane treatment. I will continue to firmly push back against the CCP’s abuses and support human rights and freedom around the world.
