Liberal politicians, aided by mainstream media and Big Tech, have suppressed the truth about COVID-19 for over a year now. Because of their unwillingness to determine the virus’ origins, Republicans in Congress have outlined a plan to do just that and hold China accountable for its blatant attempts to suppress vital information.

Closer to home, Texans continue the fight to save our country. While the Biden-Harris Administration still refuses to address the crisis it created, a growing number of lawmakers, governors and state law enforcement are joining our fight on the national stage.

Our Plan to Hold China Accountable for COVID Cover-Up

At the beginning of the pandemic, I introduced legislation to ensure Americans' right to file suit against the Chinese Communist Party if they’re found responsible for having leaked the virus from the Wuhan laboratory. This week, Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy took an important step toward uncovering the origins of COVID-19 and holding China accountable for a pandemic that has killed 600,000 Americans.

In a letter to House Republicans, McCarthy released an eight-point plan that calls for the declassification of President Biden's investigation; ensuring no taxpayer resources are ever used on dangerous research like what was taking place in Wuhan; and relocating the 2022 Winter Olympic Games away from China. Texas Must Fight to Secure Our Border if the Federal Government Won't

On Wednesday, I joined Rep. Jodey Arrington of Texas and other House Republicans at a press conference on Capitol Hill to shine a light on the Biden-Harris Border Crisis and what Texans are doing to fight it. 

We convened to express support for states' rights and the power of governors across the country to defend the southern border in the absence of federal law enforcement.

CPAC is Coming to Texas

The American Conservative Union will host CPAC 2021 in Dallas on July 9-11, and I’m honored to have been selected as a speaker alongside the country’s most conservative leaders. Judiciary Committee Passes My Bill to Fight Big Tech

On Thursday, the House Judiciary Committee voted to advance a bipartisan series of antitrust bills aimed at reining in Big Tech monopolies, including my bill, the Ending Platform Monopolies Act.

Americans are fed up with Big Tech controlling every aspect of our lives. It’s past time for Congress to rein in digital monopolies. I applaud the Judiciary Committee for their rigorous debate and advancing this important legislation.
