News from Representative Waltz

Dear Friend,

Small business owners have been struggling to stay afloat during the coronavirus pandemic and millions of them are relying on the Paycheck Protection Program to keep their doors open. Today, Congress passed a bill to replenish this program with $310 billion to ensure our small businesses survive.

Not only does this legislation keep the PPP running but it also prioritizes our doctors and nurses and provides $75 billion to hospitals on the front lines of this virus.

I’m glad we were able to come together to pass this legislation today in the House but there’s still more to do to ensure money stays in Americans’ pockets and our businesses are protected.

In the military, you lead from the front – and I’ll continue to fight for our small businesses and Americans everywhere during this historic time. I’ll be keeping you informed every step of the way on the progress of future bills, so stay tuned for more updates.

As always, follow my daily work on social media by liking my Facebook page and following me on TwitterYouTube and Instagram and feel free to reach out to my offices in Florida or Washington, D.C. if my team or I can ever be of service.
