After Democrats insisted that noncitizens were not voting in American elections, recent reports tell a different story.

The Department of Homeland Security reviewed voter rolls in just four states and identified more than 250,000 noncitizens registered to vote. And this week, New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill announced that 6,600 noncitizens had appeared on the state’s voter rolls during the 2024 election. 

Only Americans should vote in American elections. That is why Congress must pass the SAVE America Act to require proof of citizenship to vote and save our elections.

Additionally, the House Judiciary Committee issued a criminal referral today for former Biden Special Counsel Jack Smith, who led the witch hunt against President Trump. Newly released records show that Jack Smith lied to the committee about spying on lawmakers' text messages, and I am proud to work on the committee to hold him accountable.
