Honoring House Agriculture Chairman Conaway 

This week we honored a man who will leave an impact on our country as big as West Texas.
It was a privilege to serve under Chairman Conaway on the House Ag Committee where we passed a strong and responsible farm bill. Thank you, Mike and Suzanne, for all you have sacrificed for the Food, Fuel, and Fiber Capital of the World.

Speaker Pelosi’s Priorities 

It’s unacceptable, while lawlessness and violence ravage our once-great American cities, that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi would waste time bringing forward a vote to condemn identifying a virus with its geographic origin.

I introduced the David Dorn and Pat Underwood Acts to increase penalties for rioting and assaulting a federal officer. I invite my House Democrats colleagues to join me in standing with law enforcement and law abiding citizens to say we won’t allow this violence anymore. Plainview Bulldog Pride

‪Ran into my old basketball coach while speaking to students at my alma mater - Plainview High School. He is now a Hall of Fame coach and for good reason. He taught us how to win on and off the court. ‬Thank you, Coach Irlbeck, and God bless our coaches and teachers!!
