Dear Friend,

On President Biden’s first day in office, his Administration with the help of radical Democrats began their war on American energy. He’s put America last by signing executive orders killing the Keystone XL pipeline, pausing pending approvals for liquified natural gas export terminals, and pushing unreliable and expensive electric vehicles on the American people. Furthermore, President Biden has drained our Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR), putting our national security at risk in a desperate attempt to ease the rising cost in energy.

I have been fighting President Biden and radical Democrats every step of the way and have supported policies that put American energy first like H.R. 1, the Lower Energy Costs Act, which embraces an “all of the above” energy policy that would increase our energy supplies, cut bureaucratic red tape, and unleash American energy production.

Recently, I supported two resolutions in the House that denounce the reckless, anti-American energy policies of the Biden Administration and express the sense of Congress that his proposed carbon tax would further increase costs for American families and put our energy sector at a disadvantage.

Just a few years ago under President Trump, America was the world’s largest energy producer and gas was affordable. I am committed to restoring our country’s energy independence by advancing policies that embrace innovation and promote energy made in America with American workers and bringing down prices for consumers.
